Hi,
I've got a Core i7-5960X in my PC and the maximum usage is at nearly 20%.
I also got 32 GB RAM, so there is huge Memory available for a lot of assets.
But even with the enormous power, the game keeps crashing at Startup, if i enable too much assets in the Workshop. I woul understand it, if the Memory or CPU usage is too high, but none of them are at the Limit.
RAM is usually at around 6 GB for Cities Skyline. A Geforce GTX 980 Ti is also inside the PC, so I doubt it is a ressource limit on my System.

Please consider looking into this as other People also facing this limit, and the game just crashes.
It also seems, scaling on my System isn't the best, as Sound starts to stutter when lots of houses / objects to display but CPU usage is only at 20% at that time.

I second it because lots of Assets I would like to use like Fast Food,Gas Station,Retail,Unique,Parks and so on but Game will crash. But at the moment most Custom Maps don't would work without Mods like unlock all Roads, unlock all and so on.

Thanks CO for reworking this with version 1.6.0! Atm I subscribed to ~2000 assets (props, unique buildings, parks, growables for RICO, vehicles (cars, train, tram, plane, ships, service vehicles), district styles, trees, service buildings (electricity, garbage, police, fire station, ...) ) and the game starts and quits without any problem. Loading a save game takes a while
but that is OK for me. No errors displayed and performance is quite good for this amount of assets in a 100k city. It's very nice to have so much diversity in the city and the game now handles it very well in my situation and there are no noticeable recurring blocks/districts.

I hope your support staff also notice this by a reduced amount of crash reports caused by too much assets.
