It would be great if the mechanics for Cathars converted in from CK II were brushed up! In Crusader Kings II Cathars can appoint women as council members and have females lead armies indiscriminately. With the update introducing female advisors to EU IV, it would make for sense for Cathars to have a higher chance of female advisors being spawned and the ability for female cathar monarchs to lead armies like they can in CK II.
