I noticed that my chancellor fabricates claims much faster while i have no money. In late game I always get very rich so fabricating claims takes years and years. I dont want to fabricate claims faster I just want to make the event independent from my wealth. Is there a possible way to do this?

Several times i noticed instant claim fabrication after running out of money... however i guess you know what youre talking about... Sry for the post ✌
