Risk Battle Mod 5 update:
Have assembled list of Urban (centers) world-wide and capitols of the 55 starting nations.
With this, continued to tweak various IC levels and IC/MP distribution in Australia, Empire of Siam, India, two Chinas, Greater Korea and Japan. Whew done with game-board!! Again.
done. Find some cement already.
Am working on the list of revolters and varying conditions. For test purposes I will set up at least a dozen revolters under maybe three different set of conditions before launching to complicated and running up the numbers. About three times as many as first time.
Test games continue to run fine. And the lock of one AI command "claim_acceptance" which I wish would work as an AI swap; but will only load once and then remains a constant. Darn, hard to work around, even resorted to dividing AI's up a little then settled on removing it from loading and then it is 'switched in' at two different settings but here it is a lock. I wonder if there are any other AI settings that will not 'switch once loaded'?

Oh by the way there are now 123 Urban provinces world-wide. I bet no other mod sports that!!
