It depends on local laws, but most civil law jurisdiction (i.e. continental Europe) require a link between the choice of law and the contract itself. So chance are if the contract is enforced before a Swedish court, the court would disregard the choice of law clause and use the Swedish law instead.Originally posted by von Adler

Still, it doesn't make the contract invalid, unless it would be in breach of a provisions of applicable law (i.e. Swedish law in this example).

How does this work though? Will there be CDs sent in the mail, will us with broadband download it as I thought, and if so will that only be availible at the first or right after we send confirmation?
Does everybody who applied receives an email, even for rejection? I understood for Vicky those rejected also received an email. Although I applied - still no email.

Same here. I had a fair delay in recieving the email when I applied for the first round Victoria beta, but I definitely had it by now
The Beta Forum is sub-forum of CK forum (as I understand is the case with other Beta forums) - you have to send in a signed NDA and within 1-2 hours, you will gain the access.
