Why is it so big? The original 1.13 patch was 20 mb download for me but this is 466 mb?
Anyway, thanks for the fix

I just saw my fully maintained fort with full garrison get sieged down in one tick. Could it be that something else broke in the hotfix? That shouldn't be possible, right? There weren't even any cannons involved, and the province wasn't blockaded either. They just broke the walls on the first tick and immediately occupied it.
Edit: Also, is it normal that you're the one paying maintenance for a fort after an enemy has occupied the province? That doesn't make sense.
USA here. there's a logic to our madness. We feel that way, but move year to the back because it's often irrelevant. If I invite someone to a party on 7/4 (Fourth of July/Fuck You England day) they're not going to assume I mean next year, so why put a big ugly date there. This is IT. Logical date format (so things line up right) is YYMMDD (or YYYYMMDD). Nothing to do with the Yanks and their frankly demented insistence on MMDDYY.....![]()
Don't you mean "Thank you so much, France and Spain!!" day?USA here. there's a logic to our madness. We feel that way, but move year to the back because it's often irrelevant. While it would probably make more sense as DD/MM/YYYY in this case, it's not really a big deal.
If they just started paying for it (the previous month), then it can happen (Seen it happen quite a few times against me.)
