Thats the design.
It's designed that you can't conquer japan if it hasn't united?
Thats the design.
Thats the design.
I have to admit I am very confused about this. I have reported a lot of issues with Japan and had been wondering why it was never updated (In fact I was waiting for this before I played the game again). So It is actually part of the design. Okay I guess that is that.
It is a very odd way of doing things. Would it be possible to ask you, Johan, if you could expand on the reasons why this was done?
Thanks for the beta another stirling job.
yup, just checked, its 1862
Does this fix somewhat the Horde Explosion pre-1470s and subsequent implosion post 1470s-ish?
For what culture change Golden Horde? I dont have now time for game, but Im curious.
I think there should be HRE dismantle option, If you control Kyoto+ capitals of all Daiymo's, Shogunate ceases to exist.I'm afraid I don't see the point of the Daimyo design.
You're an empire that spans the world. You have a hundred thousand men outside the walls of a Daimyo's capital. Their walls have fallen, your banner now flies above it. You approach the Emperor of Japan for a peace treaty, and then..
Japanese magic stops you from taking the land as your own.
Really, what is the reasoning behind it?
I haven't tried it out yet, but I hope the "A Formal Request exploit squashed." doesn't mean that there is no way to avoid the event from firing if you are a non-European (specifically non-Western) country. Getting a bunch of stability hits for conquering German territory as the Ottomans makes no sense whatsoever.
Why shouldn't they be a threat early on and then implode in the late 15th century? It's exactly as it should be.
Sure it is logical. A single specific nation shattered into smaller political units is impossible to conquer.
Right?
