I've been off over the holidays and missed what's been going on. What's the story with the beta is it at beta point yet?

What makes you say it is a joke ? He said (yesterday) that the game is still in Alpha on Twitter. He has not said anything (that i can see) that suggests he was joking.

Because beta-tester mistakenly posted a screenshot on this forum in december.

It could have said "release build", that is irrelevant. If Johan says they are still in alpha, they are still in alpha.

Johan said still in Alpha hoping to be in Beta soon. Seeing as they are on holiday and were in a last minute rush to submit beta before the break I see everyone is freaking out over nothing. Most likely they submitted the beta either right before they went on break and didn't have time to approve it or they needed like 1 more day on the tutorial before submitting. We know people have the game for testing purposes so its in some form of semi-beta testing. It wouldn't surprise me if the game is in beta by the middle of the week. Everyone is treating this like a massive delay while really its probably just a technicality that will be explained on Monday when the developers are back. People treated Johann saying hoping to be in Beta soon as them having the beta rejected a second time when really they probably didn't submit it since our only news was something along the lines of on monday before the break them saying "hopefully we can submit the new beta before the break"
