[Beta 2.1.2.1] Vassal plots never result in revolt, despite hight plot power

During my game as an Indian ruler my vassals plotted against me (Independece, Lower CA ...) and despite having a plot power of more than 90%, they never started a revolt. This happened multiple times. In more than 200 years I have never encountered a revolt. Bug ?

I have seen plenty of revolts, both inside and outside of India.

Are there any specific factions that doesn't seem to go into a revolt? How many vassals are there in a faction (many smaller ones, or few bigger ones)? Have you seen any other revolts taking place in the rest of the world? Any other realms in India?

The factions include vassals of all ranks, mostly Kings and Dukes (That there are few counts included is probably due to the fact that I have only 3 or 4 vassals of this rank)

I have seen revolts taking place, both outside and inside my demesne. However these were always revolts against foreign rulers or against my vassals by their subordinates.

I will try out the new official patch and find out whether this problem persists.

Please do. There was an issue with AI having a problem starting claimant factions, which should be fixed, and may be connected to your issue.

You were right, it is fixed. I started a new game as the Byzantine Empire and after the death of the first emperor my vassals revolted.
