I scanned a few of the threads real quick for this, and I saw some portrait related stuff, but the 2.1.2.1 beta has messed with the ruler creator somehow. The portraits in the character creation screen aren't forming properly -- the top half of the face appears in the bottom left hand corner of the portrait, and the face that appears on the portrait itself is entirely different. It's kind of creepy.

Double checked, and this only occurs when the Mediterranean Portraits DLC is turned off, on Latin, Greek, and Iberian characters. Otherwise, I just get the same glitch everyone else is getting with the noses being displaced on western characters.
