I'm eying the "This Revolution was Crushed" achievement but have no idea how to go ahead.
Playing as England I conquered large chunks of France and Spain to be strong enough to attack either of them in case the revolution breaks out. Not I'm unsure if I've reduced them too much (France needs a certain size to become revolutionary target, right?). So what's the best way to proceed?
Might not be the best save anyway since there are only four big players left in mainland Europe - me, Spain, the unified HRE and the huge Commonwealth ... and the HRE (which swallowed my hugely fed vassals, dumb me) just broke the alliance.
