I just said that there is no need to go crusading (your piety-loss can easily be take care of by events and so on). That doesn't mean you can't go crusading

I thought you meant there is no real reason for a minor to go crusading regarding the huge upkeep you'd have to pay.
Not to mention the transfer by sea costing a 5 years income.
