Do we make thing like this in Holland?

Dont think so, the "German/Dutch armor package" is most likely refering to the armor configuration used by the Dutch Army, but designed and produced by Germany. It differs from the "standard" Mannheimer-configuration by having a layer of spall-liners to protect against fragments, on the inside of the Hull and turret, together with extra front armor and a new type of side protection...

Oll right, that is good. I was scared our little country was involved in making stuff to kill others. (and sure the bastards will.)

Armor packages doesnt kill, they protect lifes...

Ofcourse the Armor package is protecting the crew, who are operating a 120mm Tankgun, tied to a hunter-killer system making it cable of sending dead and destruction, out at a distance of more that 3500m, with deadly precision... ;)

Sometimes it's kill or be killed. I would rather be prepared to do the former.

Best tank: King Tiger II (Königstiger) !!! The only real disadvantage of it is its use of much fuel :D. Modern tank? Leopard 2A6 of course.

We don't produce armor in the Netherlands AFAIK. But we do produce radars that are used by fleets all over the world. Is that what you wished to know Mosby?

I know that. I was trying to 'mislead' others. It's a tank. Russian tanks are prone to blow up big time. Something to do with inferior workmanship or something. :p

Hah! I remember a guy from the Indian Army that was visiting us one time, for equipment trials. He always said you could tell a Russian made tank in India from a Polish or Czech made tank because the russian tanks where usally blown apart or broken down.

Now lets look at this American tank. Hit with over 500 lbs of homemade exposives (homemade mine). Notice that everything is still intact? ;)

Rear lights are broken.

Small stuff is blown off yes. The generator is laying beside the tank. Did you notice that the explosion was so big, the tank tipped into the hole? The turret still seems attached. ;)
