Any suggestions where it is best for me to post a zip file of a new AOD mod on for downloading? The compressed file is ~10 mb.

I find mega.nz by far the best for download/uploading. Good speeds in both directions.
Maybe I am just dense, but what needs to go in front of "mega.nz" ? http://, https:// and the same followed by www.mega.nz does not seem to get there.
Edit -- I instead attached the mod directly to my post through the paradox site system.
The new mod is called The American Mod by froglegs and is found in the Game Modifications section.
