I would disagree, Slavic languages in the 10th century were dialects of each other. Old church Slavic was mutual intelligible with every Slavic dialect of that time. So thus if the they still had a common language they would thus still have a name for "land of the Slavs" or "land ruled by the slavs."
What's the Slavic translation of Latin Omni?Works if this hypothetical empire covers the area of OTL!Yugoslavia, and maybe MAYBE Bulgaria. It works significantly less well when you add Poles and Bohemians and Russians.
