The Human and Hiver Standard LVs have 12 battleriders. The Morrigi standard has 25 drones.

For the carriers, the Tarkan one carrier 24 battleriders, the Hivers 30, Humans and Zuul 36, and the Morrigi 48 with 25 drones.

The Liir carriers either do 3 battleships, 9 battlecruisers or 30 battleriders.

Keep in mind though, that these Lev's don't move quick enough to do turns in battle as a tactical feature and so their broadside or frontal is going to be their focus, and from what I can tell the Liir, Tarkan and Zuul have the higher frontal focus.

True - I find that LV design contradicts some of the non-LV's.

- Morrigi have a very high frontal focus on the DNs. This ship is lacking in firepower, and has poor frontal focus, with more broadside. Appropriate for human or Hiver, not Morrigi. The Morrigi LV is also the cheapest and weakest of the LVs; Morrigi ships are generally among the most expensive for their ships and are above average in firepower.

- Liir ships generally do not have a frontal focus, except on their heavy weapon sections, which are now manned by Zuul. The LV is manned by Liir, although the 360 degree coverage is decent. Actually, tbh, it is reasonably well portrayed.

- The human ship has a very high frontal focus, although the broadside is pretty good. Human ships generally emphasize broadside.

Tarkas, Hiver, and Zuul I think are accurately portrayed. Tarkas - strong frontal firepower. Hiver - slow, well armored, good broadsides. Zuul - many guns, asymmetrical.

It's the Morrigi one that I really dislike.

Tarkan uses Hunters not Battle Riders.

Tarkas Carrier Leviathan:

Mounts:
  • 5x Heavy (Standard)
  • 30x Light (Standard)
  • 50x Medium (Standard)
  • 2x Super Heavy (IOBM)
  • 3x Super Heavy (Standard)
  • 24x Very Heavy (Destroyer Rider)
  • 6x Very Heavy (Standard)
Modules:
  • 3x Dreadnought

Looks like it too uses destroyer battleriders.

Overall though, the Tarkas have a really good pair of LVs. Very nice concentration of firepower in front.

Well, something HAS to use their hunters and I imagine a version of the LV that does exists.

I'll see about getting all these compared to each other, if we could get the carrier AND armor version lined up that'd be great... but determining the best firing position would be difficult.

I thought the Destroyer Rider didn't have any dedicated beam turrets but I guess they do.

Still, if all the weapons were working, I think they'd have near full frontal of 70% of the turrets. Still, they have a wider area to cover.

I mean the drone launching bays. The Morrigi combat LV supposedly has 25 drones ... whenever drones become enabled anyways.

Edit:

Each bay carries 5 drones; but I only see 4 bays.

Wow the armor on the human dreadnought sections is pretty low compared to the massively armored engines and medium armored section. A lot less energy reserves too.

There's like... 1 front that has a good section.

---

Human LV has minimal energy reserves, total of 500... I don't see any advantage to using it... and why isn't the node drive active on it?
