I like Mobile Warfare LL, this gives quitr alot of org to your inf, tank batalliond are still decent, and you get lots of manpower with Volkssturm to use.

Superior Firepower right-left is the best land doctrine, period. Although you can do some fun meme strategies with Mass Mobilization if you're playing multiplayer and all you're doing is building divisions for the Atlantic Wall and being a plane factory.

As always, doctrine matters more about your playstyle than your nation.
  • Superior Firepower is still solid despite the nerf. It has lots of generic bonuses all over the place that don't require a specialized playstyle. Use it as a default doctrine if you can't pick another one.
  • Grand Battleplan is great if you need as much of a boost to defense early on through its entrenchment bonus. The Infiltration branch (right) is generally weaker than SF but can still be OK if you need that entrenchment bonus and don't want to switch to another doctrine later. The Assault branch (left) is only powerful if you religiously use the planning bonus, and have a way of dealing with 3x manual planning decay.
  • Mass Assault right (Mass Mobilization) is the quickest way to reach 5% recruitable pop for any doctrine. The left branch (Deep Battle) has the biggest impact of any doctrine in the late game through the supply reduction, and is focused around encirclements. It's my personal favorite doctrine, although I'm pretty sure the -25% reduction to org loss when moving was broken for a long time and still might be.
  • Mobile Warfare is the most specialized. It's great if you want to use divisions consisting of nothing but tank battalions (i.e. no mot/mech), which makes the org bonus to tanks helpful. Alternatively, it's good if you want mixed divisions of inf+tanks where the breakthrough bonuses are helpful.

Superior Firepower R-R infantry is quite as good as Mobile Warfare on Org, if you use full 5 support. I think I like it more than SF R-L

The Mass Assault -R infantry has good Org too, but their tank (MOT) division is bad. If you mix tank with infantry then it is Ok, cheap tank division and high Org.

When you are weaker and have to defend, every Org help. When you are stronger, anything can do.

Grand Battleplan is good if you are minors in the Allies, to get research bonus.
