Great deal for sure. It looks like it includes all dlc except Origins?

Reminds me of EU3: Complete, which was similarly not quite complete :D missing Heir to the Throne and the sprite packs.

There used to be a similar deal (2 years ago?), a friend of mine bought all EU4 at that time (except CoP strangely) for about 15-20€
But that's a very good deal indeed, go for it if you like the game and miss some DLC

Where I live it would be considered False Advertising if you called it complete and it wasn't. Bit lame that Humble are calling it a "Complete Collection" and at the same time include a 10% off coupon for the missing DLC...How can it be complete if it has a discount coupon for the rest of it??

I don't know where you live, but I can't think of any EU country or the US (though I don't know about the Commonwealth) where that would be the case so long as the pack clearly defines what it contains and does so accurately. It is a standard industry practice to not heavily discount games and DLC released within a calendar year unless sales are really poor. The most you can reasonably expect a discount to be on AAA titles released within the last year is 25%, usually around Christmas time (aka the end of Fiscal Q4).

I live in the EU. The local commerce commission strictly forbids mislabelling of a product. It would be equivelent to selling a box with "Complete Star Trek Generations" on the front and then leaving out the final episode but also clearly saying on the back of the box that it only contains episodes 1-177. A consumer should be able to rely on the label on the box and they do not have to look at the back of the box. The statement only has to be true at the point in time though i.e. if they released an episode 179 it would okay as long as they didn't re-release it with the same misleading label.

It doesn't matter what is "standard industry practice" it is what the local consumer law is. Although - I don't know how on earth you came up with that to be honest. Please give some more examples of companies putting a "Complete Collection" label on a product when it isn't. I wasn't talking about discounts or anything - just the misleading label.

You also get every dlc as a seperate steam key

I ended up completing my dlc collection and at the same time gift my friend the base game and essential dlc as I already had them.

Perfect deal imo
