Thank you once again for the well wishes and congrats! While I have seen this particular nod before, I do not think that I have ever won it twice for the same character so it's brand new each time. I thank you, Lord Berold thanks you (and now has a lot of dirt on everyone) and somewhere Lord Harold of Gloucester is simmering in his fury at once again being upstaged.
However the week is nearly over and it is time to pass this on. First, I must say that part of the reward and frankly privilege of being passed this (or any weekly) nod is that you get to choose your successor. Too often, I am afraid many abrogate this responsibility and that is a shame (though it can often be understood.) As a little bit of history, the first of these nods (WoW and Showcase) were once picked only by the moderators. It was a system that worked well enough to pass things around and appear inviting, but with the enlargement of this area it became an near impossible task for a couple of people to be the only judges. Thus the format we see in all four of our still ongoing weekly nods. Thus, to choose ones successor not only invites and rewards, but also helps to keep life thriving in this area of the forum and it does so fairly democratically. I wish to thank @tpmcinty again for not just passing this to me, but for doing his part in this grand project we call AARland.
And now for my choice -
I admit, like many of you, I do not get around and read as much as I might like. That said, I try to keep an eye on ongoing works and new ones, as well as writAARs out there trying to work with narrative and characters. A quick glance around this morning keyed me to one that I do not think has ever won this particular nod and certainly should. Therefor, I would like to pass along the Character WritAAR of the Week to @jasondroth24 for the character of King Theodan in his The Rise of House Rothwell -- A Cornish AAR in CKII. He has been at the work since December of last year and recent chapters especially showed a growing and developing character of the King.
So many congrats to you @jasondroth24 and your creation King Theodan. Enjoy your week in the spotlight! It is most deserved!

Very very kind off you my friend thank you! I have been neglectful lately what with the weather and other commitments but I appreciate very much the award and look forward to finding out who I shall pass it too
