Best Character Writer of the Week: TheButterflyComposer

I'm going to pass Best Character Writer of the Week to @Pigeontactics for the exciting character of Ellen of the Blueglass in their AAR Ellen of the Bluegrass ~ An After the End Biography! Although this AAR is very recent and still in early days, the development of it's characters - especially the titular character Ellen - shows great promise and it's currently one of my favourite CK2 AARs there are! Ellen is a fantastic character, despite her young age, currently being a very ambitious and kind young girl, and Pigeontactics deserves this award wholeheartedly!

Only one question remains, however - Did Ellen manage to get her dolly back from Sheba?!

In that case I hope people will not take it amiss if I nominate @JabberJock14 again for this award, for Foulques, who has recently breathed his last in the tour de force that is Before Plantagent. Whilst it is true that this writAAR previous won for this very character back in June of last year, that was more than nine months ago now, and given Foulques' recent passing it feels very appropriate to mark again what a wonderful creation Foulques has been.

Well grounded in his time, brilliantly portrayed with his all faults and flaws, his qualities and his quirks, his passions and his pride; in all the many AARs I have read there has rarely been a character so solidly realised as Foulques, and never bettered.

Shouldn't there be a spoiler tag on this? I haven't gotten to that part yet!

Regardless, I can attest that Foulques is a great character (and he could not live forever.) I know well that all of the many characters included in the work are as excellent and that this nod is richly deserved. @JabberJock14 is going to have a very nice day when he sees this.

Congrats @JabberJock14! I can't do much more than second what @stnylan has already said -- there have been very few AARs within recent memory that have given me as much pleasure to read as yours, and few characters as enjoyable to watch in action as Foulques.

Quite the day for this work! Thank you @stnylan for the nomination! I am glad Foulques left such an impression here and I'm sure he, concerned of his legacy until the very end, would be pleased as well!

And @coz1 ... you didn't expect him to live forever, did you? Not like there's an immortality quest or... actually never mind. (You get it when you get there) You are right though - I did have quite a day when I saw this and the Narrative AAR category!

So thank you all once again, who have read, supported the work and helped shaped Foulques into the memorable fellow he became!
