I was thinking to start my campaign as Bengal and since i'm new player to all of this i have a q. Will forming Delhi prevent me from achievment? Forming Hindustan won't prevent achievment, will Delhi does anyone know?

You can form any nation and still get the Bengal Tiger achievement. You just have to start as Bengal.
If you want to know if you can get an achievement after forming another country, have a look at the achievements list in the wiki. If the country is in the "Starting conditions" column, you have to start as the country. If the country is in the "Requirements" column, you have to be that country at the moment that you get the achievement.

That was unclear to me. It says start as Bengal and own core Samarkand. Forming Hindustan won't prevent this, but for Delhi i wasn't sure. Thanks mate for help, will try it as soon as SEA update comes.
Just to clarify: the columns in the achievement list in the wiki are important. The first column contains the name and the steam description of the achievement. This text is often misleading and you should not rely on it. The second column contains the conditions which have to be fulfilled when you start the campaign(the section of the page explains the general starting conditions which apply to all achievement that don't specify something else). The third column are the requirements that have to be fulfilled to get the achievement. The fourth column are some notes that sometimes contain strategy advice and contain further clarifications that somebody considered necessary or useful(e.g. that forming Hindustan doesn't prevent the achievement). The fifth column specifies if the achievement can be gained as a custom nation and if some DLC is necessary for that(but the DLC requirement might be outdated and can sometimes be circumvented).

Also, don’t trust the wiki 100%. It is pretty reliable, but in the past it has had incorrect requirements.
Make sure that, when you do form a nation or do something else that you aren’t absolutely sure is allowed, you back up your save, check the achievement is still available, and be prepared to Alt-F4.

Yeah that was exactly my thought, to back things up if something goes wrong. Thank you nevertheless.
Also the bengal achievment is best done by bee lining through the hymalaya. Saves you time. Hindustan is better to form with dehli you can get 2 achievments like that. Or Bahamanis with tales of 2 famalies.
I thought to form Delhi mainly because of missions you get + Delhi missions gives you free claims on India that can help you to eventualy form Hindustan/Bharat.
