I also have an issue with colonists not boarding rockets for missions. It started after the latest update on xbox. I thought it was a mod conflict as I'm playing with some mods (3) that changes expeditions in some way. But it seems others have the issue as well. If it matters, I don't have the B&B dlc.

I have attached an image with a list of the mods. I started this playthrough with them right before this update and haven't changed anything mid-game. Except for toggling the Colonist setting in mod options for "Expeditions use nearest" a couple of times. It doesn't seem like that mod currently works as colonists are picked "normally".

We are aware of this issue which has been investigated and has been fixed on our internal test builds.

- add underground and asteroid specific mysteries that are triggered once you start exploring those maps. Possibly part of a separate DLC that focuses on mysteries and narrative events ?
Lot of decent ideas, but unfortunately it's a terrible business model to add a dlc dependent on another dlc (pretty sure they have avoided this in the first place with all current content) because it forces players to buy both to be able to experience the full content which means players that didn't buy dlc 1 won't buy dlc 2 and lowers the value of dlc 2. (Also why ranches won't be touched) But adding it to the current dlc would be nice.
 
I can confirm two issues -
a) Colonists will no longer board rockets for expedition missions.
b) When playing the new Underground specialist Commander Profile, the Pre Fab Elevator will not build and you cannot assign drones to manually build it. This is regardless of priority.
Regarding b), I started a new game yesterday, and had the same problem. I was eventually able to construct the pre-fab elevator but only AFTER researching the tech - which is the opposite behaviour of other pre-fabs.

Ohh didn’t see this post highlighting the same issue I just said above.
 
Anything for disasters? I don't want to play on maps that have low disasters.
So just set them higher, or choose a landing spot that has high disasters.

You have the option in the game Rules at the beginning of your game to set any of the 5 types of disaster (including Underground Marsquakes) to the MAX level (above 4 pips). You also have the Random location selection button to browse through all 54,000 possible landing sites looking for the very worst ones.
Make a list of terrible landing sites, and on later games you can go directly there using the Custom location selection button.
These features have always been in the game.
