Founded in 1921 by His Grace, Lord August Vangeel de Lichtaart, Duke of Lichtaart-Kempen (Belgium).
Originally founded to create more trade from Belgium to Eutopia and vice versa. Others suggest that it would be an institution founded to make the Vangeel de Lichtaart family's money from criminal activities disappear, but that was never proven.
Management was taken over by August's son Marcus in 1954, which made the family company into a larger, worldwide, and not only Belgo-Eutopian, company.
In 1986, Marcus died, and his son, Lord Bob Vangeel de Lichtaart inherited the BEBC and turned it into a financial giant. In 2002, Lord Vangeel de Lichtaart's BEBC actively supported the Monarchist campaign. After the Monarchist's defeat, Vangeel joined the Centralist Monarchist Party of Justice.
Nevertheless, the BEBC is open for all clients, Monarchists and republicans.
