Perhaps someone here with some modification experience in HoI can help answer my question?
In my recent effort to mod my version of Hearts of Iron 2 [original, not Doomsday], two events in particular that I'd like to alter are the respective Belgian and Dutch Capitulation events that occur during a German invasion. Now while many event files can be easily found and modded [modifying events for the USA, for example, would be in the db/events folder and then the 'USA.txt' file], I've had no luck finding a BEL.txt file or a HOL.txt file, and to the best of my knowledge neither event exists in the HoI2.txt file. Does anyone know where these events and their parameters could be found? Perhaps it's even something in the AI file? As you can see, I'm quite lost!
