I'm playing as the King of Croatia and am at war with the Queen of Serbia. When the war had started I wanted to jail the wife of a Chief (Count), but she managed to run away and hide in the court of the Chief of Belgrad. I have now sieged down all three demesne buildings in the county of Belgrad. As I'm controlling these buildings I should have access to the court in that county. But of some reason I still don't have the possibility to try to imprison this old bag of a Chieftess.
So I'm wondering, how come? Now, when the castle is in my Kings hands, it should be possible for him to sit down in the main hall of the county castle and order his soldiers to find the Chieftess he wanted to throw in jail. If no one wanted to tell him in what cupboard or under what bed she's hiding, he should be able to torture someone to get the necessary information so he could do with her what he wanted.
"Being able to jail character hiding in a different court when county occupied in war" is what I called this thread and a feature I'd like to see in the game.
