Beginner looking for/to start multiplayer group

Hey everyone! I've recently gotten into I:R and have about 200 hours in the game now so not really a beginner but I am curious about multiplayer. I'd love to know more about multiplayer groups as it seems an entirely different and refreshing experience. Specifically I'm looking for a group that operates on a casual basis on weekends (preferably in BST but not very important), for an introduction. Alternatively if there are like minds wanting to start a group let me know. Any tips or information about MP would be greatly appreciated.

I'd love to but I experience a lot of disconnection errors at the moment. I got logged out from paradox plaza every now and then. Super annoying. If anyone knows why this happens and if anyone has a fix for this issue I am in (my internet connection is more than fine)
