would the model work for pz3 K? Those command tank still retain their gun.

although wouldn't the pz3 N with the short 75mm be more appropriate for Normandy?

Convenient. 91. LL still needs a Command-unit in the support tab and looks like this is it. Canonless Panzer 3. Can maybe even give it two stars to make it worth it.

did the 91LL have pz3 K in normandy?

worst case the pz3 H command is moved to the support slot with a different unit replacing its function.

91st LL have no pz3 k.
honestly they don`t have any tanks.
i found some source about 91st`s order of battle and no tank units in there.
in game tanks perhaps attached units.
just unknown unit. only eugen know where they come from.
so, let`s think about that unkown unit.
pz 3 was discontinued from 1943 fall and most of left pz3 consumed in eastern front.
in normandy, only few divison have pz3, like 116th Panzer Division. their pz3 armed with kwk 39 but it`s not command tank.
so, i think that unkown unit have no armed pz3

This is not entirely accurate. From the first hours of D-Day it had Panzer-Ausbildungs und Ersatz-Abteilung 100 attached, which fought with it through entire campaign as an organic unit.

Gliederung:

There were still plenty PzIIIs in use here and there. Mostly relegated to secondary/stab duties and this is indicated ingame as them being "befpanzers", that is they are not BefPzkpfws per se, but regular, old PzIIIs used by command units as their rides. Out of the "line" PzIIIs, 116 Panzer-Division had about 20 of them, (various types - L,M,N) and used them in line operations.

From June of 1938 to February of 1943, number of Panzer IIIs was converted by Daimler-Benz to Panzerbefehlswagens III Ausf D1 (30), Ausf E (45) and Ausf H (175) (Sd.Kfz.266-268) command tanks equipped with extra radios and additional equipment and saw active service until the end of the war. Command tanks were mounted with a dummy gun and were armed only with a single 7.92mm MG machine gun. 185 Panzerbefehlswagen III mit 5cm KwK L/42 (based on Ausf J) and 50 Ausf K (based on Ausf L) were armed with 50mm L/42 and 50mm L/60 guns respectively.

BefPzKpfw III K would be quite stronger. It was armed with 50mm KWK39 L/60 - a long 50, performing similar to PAK one we already have.
10 AP is nothing special. it's just +2 ap compared to the current one.
