"Beautify Local Saint" cost reduction

The 100 Papal Influence cost for "Beautify Local Saint" which gives +1 Stability seems too high to me. It takes an extremely long time to raise that much Papal Influence. Using Monarch Power to raise Stability is way cheaper than that and Monarch Power is gained way faster. 100 Papal Influence just seems kind of silly to me.

Well if you don't improve relations with the papal state, it can take a long time to get to 100, but if you ally them and get 200 relations with them, it would not take long. + you also get Papal Influence for converting provinces so if you focus to get high relations with the pope you will get there fast.

So i would say 100 is a fair price to pay, sorry i gotta dissagree.
