Marto swords such as this one are generally poor quality stainlass steel wallhangers. They are meant to sit above the stove and look pretty (a relative defination, many people hate this kind of swords), nothing more.
You shouldn't swing around with it. Ever.
It might have a blunt edge but when the blade flies spinning around the room it is dangerous and it can kill people, including yourself.
Flies spinning around the room I hear you ask? Yes. These kind of things usually come with the so called rat tail tang. In other words the blade isn't too firmly attached to the hilt and is known to detach when exposed to any kind of stress (the previously mentioned swinging around will do).
