I've been playing, and when you border a crap-ton of provinces it's hard to find out which provinces are the ones you want to fabricate on. If you could just click on the province and click on the button where the core/revoke core button is to fabricate claims, it would make the game move much smoother. Doing this wouldn't interfere with anything because you can't fabricate a claim on a province if you already own it, or have a core on it. It seems logical.
