At the moment, France's constituent nations are unattainable by 1590 odd, making France unbreakable.

All the other nations (apart from Austria) like Spain, England, Italy (if formed) and Scandinavia (If formed) all have the 'x in the primary nation of y, so it can never lose it's core'.

France doesn't need any more buffs, so can it be changed so that Aquitanian is the primary culture of Guyenne, Norman - Normandy, Occitan - Toulouse and so on.

It'd just make turning of France after 1600 something doable.

They have Guyenne for Gascon culture (though it will be lost from the 2 Aquitanian culture provinces it has cores in...) and Burgundy for Burgundian.
Also Toulouse is the primary nation for Aquitanian but only have one province of that culture. Normandy for Norman is already a thing.
Probably missed one there, but yeah, plenty of nations.

Plus those other nations can't be broken completely just by knocking out e.g. Wales anyway. Just take the provinces yourself?

Yeah but I'm lazy on adm wasting. It just loses quite a few cores after 1600, making it a lot tougher.
