I am playing IGC as Ragusa. For a long time now, I've had:
- a land border with Venice.
- the same faith as Venice
- an alliance with Venica
- a RM with Venica
- Relations of +190/+200 (fluctuates a bit)
Of course, Venice still has a CB on me (hardcoded into the IGC I think, or is it a CB shield on Ragusa?)
Yet, the computer will not give me the option 'offer vassalisation.' It's NOT that the option is there, but that I fail. It IS that the option is just absent. Not highlighted.
I tried 'well I'll just hack the savegame', but the game crashed on loading that one, so I guess I missed something, somewhere. Can some helpful savegame hacker tell me all I need to edit to:
- either make a vassalisation attempt possible in-game
- or just make the vassalisation directly in the savegame.
(As a little side-info, trying an 'event 37' to see what would happen (would I inherit Venice?) - nothing happened.)

Couple of territories bigger - 2 or 3, I think.
Both Venice and I owned a CoT - and my income was higher.
Army-wise, we're equal.
And remember, this is about not even getting the vassalisation OPTION, not being turned down. Turned down, I could handle.
