I've noticed while skimming the forums that alot of people seem to be concerned about BB ratings and nations declaring on them for having high BB scores.
I've noticed that such declarations rarely happens if you keep your military numbers up - and it really doesent seem to be based on the actual _number_ of soldiers - more like the percentage of the support rate.
IE; if you are playing Russia and can support lets say 200K troops, and you have 100K, you are probably more likely to get declared upon than if you play Teutonic Order and max out your support rate.
Now, I might be utterly wrong about this, but it seems to me that I tend to get declared upon for BB reasons _only_ when I drop below 50 percent of support.
Or does it have to do with the amount of provinces you own in relation to the actual amount of soldiers you have?
Does anyone know the formula? It seems pretty clear to me that the stronger military you have the less likely your outraged neigbours are to declare on you in any case.
