BB points - please help!

Hello there,

I am currently playing as China. After 150 years of successful conquest I have expanded to the borders of Turkey, Russia and even invading Egypt once already. I took virtually everything else in my path (there are only some weakened remains of Delhi, Persia, Vinyagar and some others left).

Obviously I am hated by the entire world - this has been so for the most part of my game. Yet I do not know how many BB points I actually have (I suspect it to be a rather high number...). Anyway, I am truly interested: HOW BAD AM I?

Could anyone please tell me where to look for the number of BB points I have collected over the years?

For the actual number, you have to go into the savegame .eug file and find your country's entry. In game, on one of the two diplomacy screens (when you're on your own country) it replaces the numerical "our relations with this country are" such-and-such number, and puts in a text representation of your BB points (i.e. "We have a very bad reputation.")

I noticed the text description - it is on the lines "the entire world loathes us"... Sad, but hey - this is the price that I have to pay for my expansionist tendencies...

At that rating it means you have more than 61 BB points

Yep - I knew that (it was somewhere on the FAQ Forum) - I just didn't know what was the exact number.

It must have grown substantially since I first asked the question - as I have managed to expand all the way to Poland's borders. Right now I control most of Asia and am starting to prepare an onslaught on northern and central Europe - Poland has been an ally but they chose to drop out of a potentially profitable war against Turkey, who I beat up secerly with a little help from Spain. Now My armies are moving towards Polish borders and preparing for a strike!!!

The attack (and planned annexations) of catholic provinces were put off for some forty years due to my religious policy. In order to avoid the catholic provinces revolting I had to put the tolerance slider at least somewhere in the middle. After several decades of missionary work I have managed to vitually convert all the Buddhists so now I can put the Buddhism slider at zero and dramatically increase the Catholic one.

So beware Poland! I am coming home My main objective is to capture a province where I live... I'm going to enjoy this immensely!

Use the EU-reader. It is easier.

It's a separate program you run by which yo ucan get a nice overview of a lot of different things, like BB points. There was a question about it yesterday and someone gave a link to the download site. I do not know where that is. Make a Search for EU-reader and you will find a link.

Just open the save game file and search for "badboy" (one word). You'll be taken through every country's badboy score. The really high one is yours

BTW, the last time I looked I had a badboy rating of 352!!!

The next highest was, I think, 15...
