BB cost

Some facts about the BB cost don't seem logic to me.

1)E.g. FRA does annex a vassal on it's national territory, e.g. ORL, as a result it's BB-value rises by +1. When it waits until ENG does annex ORL and then gets the province through peace negotiations it will rise by 0!! I think on national territory it should always be 0.

2)E.g. SPA and POR, when SPA is at war with POR (successfully) and gets 5 small colonies <700 through neg., its BB value will rise by 0. When POR is a vassal of SPA and SPA does annex POR ALL those small colonies and trading posts will cost +1 BB EACH!!! So when they annex POR it usually costs SPA >+10 BB, while it should be 3 (Oporto, Tago, Algarve). They should also cost 0.

Over all summary: the difference between gain by war and diplomacy should be removed (diplomacy should not be more expensive than war!!!).

(1) cannot be implemented. Releasing vassals Lowers BB. If annexing vassals gave no BB, then there would be an endless BB losing exploit.

(2) is probably a good idea, but it isn't really a bug, more of an enhabcement proposal.

Also on 1) You compare 2 diffeent things.
If France were to military annex Orleans, it would get 6BB for annex of a co-religionist (or whatever the cost, it might have changed), but only 1 as with a diplo-annex. So diplo is still favored.
Of course France gets 0 from taking it from England, but then England got 6BB+1 or 2 depending if it was a off er def war for the annexion.
All in all, Diplo-annexion is les costly in term of BB than military annexion.

Anyways, this has been discussed quite often on the main board, and I doubt we will se anymore changes on this topic.

At least now BB for inheritance have been lowered. And I am very greatful for that one
