Does anybody know any books or websites in detail about Bavarian history, or the Bavarian Royal family??? I'm really interested in it and have only read a little material on the subject, any help would be appreciated.

I don't know of that many good webpages, those are just ones I have used recently for geneological purposes.
As for books, you probably won't find much in English. If you can read German and can find it, there is Max Spindler's Handbuch der Bayerischen Geschichte. But that's probably not an option.
Other than that, try general German histories and period histories of the time you are interested in.
