Some background knowledge: I'm pretty new and I'm playing as Bavaria and my friend is Bohemia. I've conquered Wurtemburg, Bamberg, Thuringia, and Wurzburg. I've also taken Augsburg and Salzburg but I took them from Austria when they were weak after fighting a huge war. I have Mainz and Frankfurt as Vassals and I've diplo-annexed Ansbach. Also I'm the HRE so I don't have to worry about the Emperor demanding a territory back.
My goals are to: A. Capture all Bavarian base lands, currently I'm lacking Oberpfalz because it's part of the Palatinate and Konstanz because Austria captured it.
B. Get to the sea, most likely through Karnten then Gorz.
But my main issue is that The Palatinate is in a Personal Union with France, who I'm allied with and is extremely powerful. How do I go about getting Oberpfalz? (also if I could Heidelberg that'd be great since I keep getting a mission that tells me to claim it and I just want the mission to go away)
Also I know I should've handled the Palatinate sooner, I was just cautious because it's my first game.
