Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The game won't load at all. I played for a small bit yesterday . Had to stop. Won't Start again.

Yeah this so weird, it was working fine, nothing changed on my side. I did then try changes, like online/offline, admin mode, new Nvidia drivers, re-install, etc... nothing works, only the indefinite loading screens.

Also having this issue. I can't load past the first tutorial mission. Tried Everything. It worked once but never autosaved so now I can't get past it again.

Another clue is my heraldry image is actually different then what I originally selected. This has coincided with the inability to play as well. Corrupted account somehow?

Well looks like i'm asking for a refund from Steam. Maybe I'll rebuy it if this ever gets fixed.

I finally got in, but now my load game AND save game are red and I can't click them. Ugh. Gonna have to reach out to gog about a refund myself. This is just stupid now.

I made a new test account, same problem.
Tried a different computer, same problem.
Tried a different network/location, same problem.

I've been going back and forth with support. Here is where I stand...

It works if:

1) If I log in to my alt account, not the original one I made. This one does not have the Kickstarter rewards attached to it so it is not a permanent fix.

2) I log into no account/no internet.

It does NOT work if I log into my main account, the one I originally made and would like to continue to use.

Another clue is if I go to the account screen for the original account the heraldry symbol is one I have never seen before and is not in the normal list. If I try and enter Change Heraldry it loads forever like all the other parts of game under this account.

I am waiting on Support's response to this information.

Please note: For the original account I've tried ALL the recommend "fixes" plus more. I believe at this point somehow the original account is corrupted on their servers and they will need to either reset or fix it on their side.

Yeah, I really think they have some kind of server side corruption going on. Hopefully they can get it sorted out. I haven't heard back from support nor do I see much on here. Maybe they are working it out? I hope... not gonna play the game for a bit till it becomes more stable. Sucks too, since I was starting to get into it and I even KS'ed it at more than retail cost.

Same here. I can login but the rest is the same. Game is clearly broken. Needs a patch badly.

This worked. Is there anyone which tried this and still cant load?

I tried this on two different machines with the same result. I have every fix i can find posted and spent a good deal doing my own trouble shooting, still cannot get it past the New Mission launch.

Hello guys. try to do this one, if you have a Steam version, at least:

[FIX] (probably) If your saves disappeared. And black screen too.
While trying to mod the game (half-successfully, can't make them work in separate folder, only with overwriting). I found that changes inside of BATTLETECH\BattleTech_Data\StreamingAssets\data\VersionManifest.csv if you made even slight formatting error in adding strings, may easily lead to two issues, 1) Disapearing of saves, 2) Eternal loading screen on starting campaign or skirmish. Which means that trying to add some mods can lead to it too. More so, there is some people who managed to play just fine for some time, but then can't anymore. Guess what? The DLC for preorders also doing changes to this file and since it hasn't been available in first hours of release (and only has been added when loggining into Paradox account failed for many people so whey didn't had ability to unlock them) and so if this file update has been corrupted somehow...

The fix is deleting file VersionManifest.csv in BATTLETECH\BattleTech_Data\StreamingAssets\data\ and then to verify Integrity of game files so steam downloaded a new one. Saves should appear again.
