Video settings reset incorrectly
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When in the Setting menu, when you are enter the video controls the monitor choice on the multi-monitor selection always defaults back to 1, not what you have selected previously.
This causes the game to switch monitoring when you exit settings even if you didn't make any changes to the video settings.
Steps to reproduce the issue
1. Run a multi-monitor setup
2. make sure you are using something other than Monitor #1.
3. Enter settings menu make changes (say to Audio levels)
4. Enter Video settings before saving
5. Save Settings
6. Monitor setup with default back to #1
