i5-4690K OC turned off (was stable 4.5ghz)
16GB 1600MHz G.SKILL DDR3
GTX 970 4GB OC turned off (was stable)
Driver 397.64 as of 5/09/18
Verified game files.
Deleted and re installed.
Game is set to Medium with the following all disabled: Motion Blur, Antialiasing, Reflection, Ambient Occlusion, High Quality UI and VSYNC
