Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When trying to deploy a Thermal Exchanger onto a Mech the heat rating of the mech gets worse, not better when the equipment is added (Generic Thermal Exchanger I)
Steps to reproduce the issue
1. Pick any mech and go into a refit (I used a battlemaster)
2. goto equipment
3. select Thermal Exchanger I (-10% heat on weapons)
4. add it to the mech and you will see the heat signature get worse, not better
