That was to a unrelated issue and i'm more looking for an ETA, not a vague promise from a community manager. I paid my money, launching the game's campaign should not be an issue at all and this should be a top priority - since it seems a not insignificant number of people are experiencing the same problem - that is addressed on more official channels, not hidden on a forum thread three pages in.
We are working very hard day and night to solve all the issues players might have at the moment.
They likely won't have an ETA until they know what the problem is, by which time they are probably well on the way to solving it. If you haven't already, I would recommend putting all your details in the bugs subforum, the more info they have to go on the better their chances of tracking the fault down quickly
