I stopped using g2play and g2a simply because of this shit, they even want you to pay a fee, for paying for the product. Its absolutely retarded.

First you pay for the product you want, then you have to pay to be certain you get what you're buying, and then you pay for the action of paying (the last part does have some legal legislation behind it so I can let that slide).

Imagine entering a pizza shop and you order a kebab pizza with extra meat, then the guy asks you, "do you want to pay another 2euros to make sure you get the pizza? You know, the ovens run hot, stuff happens!"
Its absolutely retarded.

But I think I would pay an extra 2 euros to get my hands on a kebab pizza. That sounds wonderful.

If you want you can tip the guy, you shouldn't need to, to be able to get the pizza.

I liken it more like going to Best Buy and then this happening

"Hi I'd like to checkout this Xbox/PS"
"That's great! Before I finish the transaction would you like to buy our 'Not a Box of Rocks' Insurance Plan"
"Wait what? Who? Wha!?"
"Basically its an insurance plan that in the event this Xbox/PS is filled with just rocks, you get compensated"
"Wait? You don't know if this Xbox/PS I'm buying is ok"
"Oh no we totally know its ok. But we do have this insurance just in case"
"But I shouldn't need insurance. It should contain a Xbox/PS! Why can't I just buy it normally like everywhere else?"
"Well you can, we just offer optional insurance"
"This shouldn't be god damn OPTIONAL!"
"Most customers don't ever invoke the insurance"
"MOST?! Like you've actally seen this be filled with rocks?!"
"Well just sometimes. Its really nothign to worry about"
"If its nothing to worry about why are you trying to sell me insurance for something that shouldn't be happening!"

Like if this exchange actually happened at a BestBuy you'd probably punch the cashier in the mouth and head over to Target. yet somehow people were touting this 'feature' like its the second coming.

Is the pre-download (~8 GB) the total sum of what the game needs to work, or will we have to downloading something more once it's fully released? I am asking, because the release is scheduled at 17:00 my time, meaning if there is something more to download I will most likely won't be able to play until tomorrow.

Steam claims it has to download an update to the pre-release in 5 minutes (and 5 minutes later it is still in 5 minutes). I assume that's just some string to unlock it though, come release.
