Steam Overlay is Broken

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I use Steam to stream video for my friends as well as use the overlay for screen shots. With recent updates I have noticed my Steam overlay no longer functions in game. I cannot get screen shots using the overlay and my video replay does not function.

Steps to reproduce the issue
Load the game up via Steam and try to use various overlay functions

Heads up, don't know if this is it but Steam just got a significant client update. Did yours update? I would look there first. They changed their UI up.

Yes my Steam is fully up to date... Actually started seeing this with the big update patch for BT
