Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I achieved the rank of Kerensky in Career mode but did not unlock the achievement A Career Unheard of in Over Two Centuries. I did unlock the achievement A Legendary Mercenary, though, which hadn't unlocked with my last playthrough of Career mode when I achieved Legendary rank.

Finish a career mode with Kerensky rank.
