Side missions for Arano available before First Strike
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I love to take my time so I've done many side missions before the campaign mission to recover the Argo.
And I've done 4 or 5 side contracts after I was offered the 2nd campaign mission to begin the war for the restauration: First Strike. Then I took a travel contract to Kimi as it's on the road to Weldry for First Strike.

Something strange happened then: week 40, day 6 a side mission for Arano Restauration, Holo-Vid Propaganda, has shown itself BUT I haven't done yet the First Strike mission.

So, for science*, I took the Holo-Vid Propaganda mission and travel to Weldry. Surprise : I'm already hated by the Directorate... while I didn't do anything against them since I didn't do First Strike mission yet.

I won the Holo-Vid Propaganda mission and the debrief told me I earned reputation with Arano (sorry, no screenshot, I forgot) BUT, as Arano and the Directorate aren't officially at war, the Arano is not a faction...
Screenshot 4 : my reputation board after the Holo-Vid Propaganda mission : no Arano faction as intended but why the debrief told me I earned reputation with a faction that didn't not exist yet...
* : to me doing this side mission before First Strike isn't a bad idea as lady Arano will need facilities to broacast her message after First Strike but in this case something is wrong with the reputation system as we are already hated by the Directorate before doing any mission against it, and we have no reputation with Arano at the end.
EDIT: yes, I know: the Directorate knows me already since the coronation but "hated" seems a little too much after 3 years and no action against them.
Steps to reproduce the issue
1) if the side missions aren't allowed before the war is official between Arano and the Directorate ►Perhaps play too much longer between the 1st campaign recovery Argo mission and the 2nd one (First Strike) ?
2) If this kind of side missions are allowed before the war : go to Weldry, look at your reputation in board an store.
