New campaign story, havent been able to buy much from shops on starting worlds. Just finished the argo mission and took a trip to Joppa. Now I know I dont have black market access yet, but the only thing for sale in the shop were 2 slaser+ (1 acc), 2 slaser+ (5 dmg) and 1 L laser+ (1 acc). Thats all. No heatsinks, no jumpjets, no ammo, no stock anything.
same with other shops, next to nothing for sale, especially weapons. Sometimes its only ammo. Im going to all the planets that arent abandoned. Even rich worlds with research, manufacturing, and battlefields have empty shops. Confirmed on almost every planet in the starting area - empty shops.
whats going on? Did you guys break your game with this new patch? Previous games i played all these shops, even at the start, had way more stuff in them.
fresh install, no mods, game file integrity verified.

Fly to a non-abandoned planet, empty shop.
Attach DxDiag (PC), System Info log (Mac), or run sudo lshw -html > specs.html and uploaded specs.html (Linux)

If the game crashed, please attach the crash file with the time stamp closest to the crash.
