Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When I ready a mech, it doesn't enter the work queue and it just vanishes from Storage. Poof, gone like magic.

I have encountered the same bug, though in my case it only happened once: after I installed Patch 1.3, but before I installed Flashpoint. In my case I was able to make the 'mech reappear by switching to the storage screen and then back to the bays. I have never encountered the bug since I installed Flashpoint. I run the game via GoG Galaxy under Windows 10 64 bit.

I've had mechs disappear from bays when I work on other mechs, but they have always reappeared after I switched to a different view and then back to the bays.
