Public Beta 1.2.0 - Comms System

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Comms System equipment still lists +3 Moral Gain. Shouldn't this change to match the new "Resolve" consumable?

Steps to reproduce the issue
Find a comms system in inventory/store/salvage
