Piloting skill works differently for MP pilots

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I'm not sure if it's a feature or a bug, but their skill ups are different than regular sinle player pilots.

Basically, the single player pilots get an extra evasive pip max at 6 skill, and a sprint speed boost at 7 while the multiplayer pilots get those the other way around.

Also, if you recruit Showboat, Ozone, or Arclight in the single player campaign, they never get the first extra evasive pip, although they do get the second one.

Always occurs with the listed pilots
